**Intern - Manufacturing QA****:
At ASM, we welcome the opportunity to give young, talented people the chance to show us what they can achieve while giving them an insight into our world.Take this chance to really make your mark in the QA team to be able to analyze Non-Conformances of systems and provide action plans for improvements.

**A day in the life of a Manufacturing QA Intern**:

- To learn how to communicate relevant information clearly and effectively in written and oral communication through presentation slides and documentation.
- Active participation in building and fine-tuning processes with Quality systems and leveraging on field and sales personnel to achieve clear data setting of company’s performance in nonconformances.
- Leveraging on in house tools to conduct deep dive for action plans for Top Non-Conformances
- Gain on-job training, experience and competency in working with data interfacing with SAP, Excel and implementing Power BI in QA tools within the company.
- Other duties as assigned by your Supervisor.

**What Will Make You Successful?**
- Able to draft presentation slides to clearly relay key points and messages for improvement plan.
- Strong in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.(Power BI and Video editing skills will be a plus)
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, highly collaborative, dynamic work environment
- Ambitious and talented with excellent study results, have an international orientation, thrive in a multicultural organization.
- You have great flexibility to work with cross-functional teams in building, reviewing and fine-tuning processes and crafting new improvements with the team.
