Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Fashion Visual Merchandiser specializing in men's fashion to join our dynamic team.

As our Fashion Visual Merchandiser, you will create captivating displays that showcase our brand's products. Your creative vision and attention to detail should increase interest in the brand through your styling and visual displays to drive foot traffic, enhancing the customer experience, and ultimately contribute to increased sales.

**Responsibilities**:

- Visual Display Creation: Design and set up visually appealing displays in accordance with brand guidelines and seasonal themes to highlight current collections.
- Mannequin Styling: Dress and style mannequins to showcase our products, ensuring outfits are cohesive, on-trend, and reflect the brand's aesthetic.
- Store Layout Optimization: Collaborate with our retail team to optimize the stores’ layout, ensuring visual aesthetics while maintaining ease of navigation and maximum exposure to key products.
- Product Presentation: Maintain high standards of product presentation by arranging merchandise in an organized and visually appealing manner, paying close attention to colour coordination, styling, and storytelling.
- Visual Communication: Develop signage and other visual communication materials to accompany displays and promote key products, sales, and promotions effectively. Trend Research: Stay updated on the latest trends in men's fashion and incorporate them into visual displays and merchandising strategies.

Qualifications:

- Experience: Previous experience in visual merchandising, preferably in the fashion retail industry with a focus in men's fashion.
- Creativity: Strong creative flair with the ability to translate trends into compelling visual displays that resonate with the target audience.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, particularly in styling mannequins and arranging merchandise to create cohesive and visually appealing displays.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Team Collaboration: A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including store management, marketing, and inventory management.
- Fashion Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of men's fashion trends, designers, and brands, with a passion for staying ahead of industry developments.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and concepts to both internal teams and external customers. Education: Diploma or equivalent is required. Additional education or training in fashion merchandising, visual merchandising, or a related field is preferred.
