Fpga Developer

Our client, a global leader in quantitative trading, is seeking a talented FPGA Developer to join their team. As an FPGA Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing low-latency trading systems using FPGA technology.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement low-latency trading systems using FPGA technology, including hardware architecture design, RTL coding, and verification.
- Work closely with software engineers, traders, and researchers to develop trading strategies and optimize trading systems for maximum performance.
- Optimize and improve existing FPGA-based trading systems, including both hardware and software components.
- Conduct performance analysis and benchmarking of FPGA-based systems, using tools such as Logic Analyzer, Oscilloscope, and Signal Generator.
- Maintain documentation of design, implementation, and testing processes, including version control and issue tracking.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in FPGA development, with a focus on low-latency trading systems. - 5+ years of experience in C++ development in a Linux environment. - Strong understanding of hardware architecture design, RTL coding, and verification techniques. - Experience in programming FPGA chips using Verilog, VHDL, or SystemVerilog. - Familiarity with FPGA development tools and platforms, such as Xilinx, Altera, or Intel. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
