As a Vice President - Finance to support the Group Financial Controller in the full spectrum of finance function CP Group and entities covering Southeast Asia (SEA) Region.

To manage the Group’s Financial systems and practices ensuring financial information is timely, accurate, complete, and compliant with relevant accounting and taxation principles.

Work across multiple entities with diverse operations. Manage responsibilities through a team of Finance Manager, Accountants, and support staff. Work according to agreed business reporting and statutory timeframes.

Reporting to Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Direct and oversee all aspects of the Finance and Accounting, Credit Control, Internal Audit and Corporate Governance, legal and compliance functions
- Overseeing the cash flow of the business and ensuring it has appropriate treasury controls in place
- The Group’s Financial reporting obligations, preparing and lodgement of compliant full year and half year consolidated accounts
- Lead and manage the processes for budgeting, financial forecasting and consolidation and reporting
- Support Oversea Finance organisation in harmonizing and rationalizing processes
- Support Marketing and Investment promotion function on local and SEA companies to ensure quality industries and credible oversea companies set up presence in the project

**Requirements**:

- Qualified Accountant and Degree in Accountancy / Finance from good University
- Minimum 5 year of Accounting and Finance Experience
- Strong understanding of Trade Finance products, processes
- Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills
- Required to travel to fulfil job in Southeast Asia Countries
