**Job Description**:
We are looking for a meticulous Quantity Surveyor to join our team and play a pivotal role in our projects' success. As a Quantity Surveyor specializing in the interior decoration CR06 field, you will be responsible for accurately estimating the costs of materials, labor, and other resources required for our projects. Your role will involve attending site show rounds from platforms such as Gebiz and Sesami, ensuring thorough assessments and providing detailed reports to support project planning and budgeting.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct detailed site inspections and show rounds to gather relevant information for project estimation and budgeting.
- Utilize your expertise in the interior decoration CR06 field to accurately assess project requirements and determine the quantities of materials, labor, and equipment needed.
- Prepare comprehensive cost estimates, taking into account factors such as material costs, labor rates, overheads, and contingencies.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely delivery of cost estimates.
- Review and analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documents to identify potential cost-saving opportunities and value engineering solutions.
- Monitor project costs throughout the construction phase, identifying any deviations from the initial estimates and implementing appropriate measures to control costs.
- Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing for materials and services.
- Prepare and present regular reports on project cost performance, highlighting areas of concern and recommending corrective actions as necessary.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory requirements related to interior decoration CR06 field to ensure compliance and optimize cost-effectiveness.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of [2] years of experience working as a Quantity Surveyor in the interior decoration CR06 field.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques relevant to interior decoration projects.
- Proficiency in using quantity surveying software and tools for cost estimation and analysis.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with procurement processes and contract management principles.
