**Your Role at a Glance**:

- Promote our products through **word-of-mouth**, traditional marketing, and creative outreach strategies.
- Develop and execute targeted **referral programs**to drive growth among parents and preschools.
- Leverage **social media platforms**to expand brand visibility and product awareness.
- Build and nurture relationships with preschools (B2B) and parents (B2C) to enhance sales opportunities.

**Are you the one?**:

- Proven experience in **traditional marketing**, word-of-mouth campaigns, and referral program execution.
- Existing **contacts in preschools**(B2B) and parent communities (B2C).
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently as a freelancer.
- Comfortable with a **commission-based pay structure**and driven by results.
