Marketing & Communications Intern (Ref. No. R1009488)

at our location in Singapore

The Marketing & Communications team is looking to engage an intern, who’s bursting with creative ideas and enthusiasm, to support us in upcoming events and projects in Singapore. The intern will work closely with the MarCom team and with other business functions to communicate across multiple channels on a diverse array of topics. This is a great opportunity to be exposed to a wide variety of marcom activities, from writing to content generation, video production and editing, design to events management.

You will enjoy having these responsibilities:
- Writing and other content generation: internal articles, social media posts, short-form articles- Design of graphics, posters or other collateral- Creating video and digital content, including filming and editing- Help manage and update intranet site, including posting engaging content and tracking performance- Assist in creating and editing compelling marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and videos- Pre-event and on-ground support at events, including exhibitions, trade shows, conferences and internal events- Administrative support for the MarCom Department

Required skills and competencies:
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English, Mandarin a plus- Enthusiastic and proactive, with a can-do attitude.- Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively across different teams and groups.- Proficient in the Microsoft Office portfolio, and comfortable with Photoshop or any other video-editing software- Minimum 6-month internship
