**ACMV Quantity Surveyor**

**Responsibilities**:

- Knowledge in ACMV System (especially Duct System)
- Knowledge in Autocad
- Quantity Take-off
- Estimating, Pricing, Tender support Preparation, Procurement
- Produce Quantity Measurement
- General contracts administration and documentation, include preparation of interim valuations, pricing and agreement of contract variations, update claim submissions, preparation of progress payments and final accounts
- Sourcing for supplier and sub-contractor, collate price comparison and costing summary
- Assist in evaluation and certification of sub-contractor’s progress payments etc
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent
- Min 2 years of relevant experience of QS in ACMV system
- Knowledge in AutoCAD & Revit
- Work independently with minimum guidance and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Integrity and strong sense of responsibility
- Able to start with short notice.

**Job Type**: Permanent
Working Hours: 5.5 days
Salary Range: $2,300 to $4,000
