**Responsibilities**:

- Assists Quality system audit to ensure the QMS operates in a state of compliance and continuous improvement.
- Performs pre-audit, audit, re-audit and surveillance audit according to applicable standard, regulatory requirements and company procedure.
- Prepares audit report and conduct audit briefing upon completion of audit within specified timeframes and generate audit corrective action requested as applicable.
- Prepares and executes subcontractor pre-qualification audit schedule for new contractors identified.
- Reviews audit reports, response audit non-conformities, and other technical documentation of compliance issues.
- Inform client/vendor/supplier management through verbal and written communication of compliance issues for review and endorsement.
- Review /evaluate product nonconformance relevant to product processes and specification.
- Assist in the preparation of Risk based audit plans and programs to support the work.
- Maintains and monitors status/file of audit documentation and objective evidence collected for each audit.
- Prepares and maintain audit checklists, audit plans for internal and external audits.
- Prepares quarterly trend analysis report to identify the process required continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Preferably 5 - 10 years of working experience in Shipbuilding & Offshore industry or relevant field.
- Significant work experience in Quality System auditing Certification ASQ, CQI or ISO 9001:2015 IRCA Lead Auditor certification is required
- Knowledgeable in Quality tools, PQP’s, KPI’s, Construction Drawing and P&ID’s
- Broad knowledge of domestic and international regulatory compliance laws and regulations, including specific product directives.
- Familiar with Classification society Rules for Marine and MODU.
- Ability to read and interpret documentation for compliance with procedures, standards and regulations.
- Ability to read, comprehends, and formulates technical worksheets from requirements.
- Must be highly organized and able to perform multi task and work independently.
- Must demonstrate technical expertise in product filed.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill with ability to precisely articulate requirements with internal and external personnel.
- May require work beyond regular work hours. Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required for project.
- Able to work as part of a team and under pressure.
- Must be physically fit as job entails work on block / modules fabrication and integration process.
