**Goal of the Position**:
This role plays a crticial role in providing administrative and related underwriting support for Credit, Political Risk and Crisis Management (70% Crisis Management, 30% Credit & Political Risk). You will liaise closely with key supporting functions including WNS, Credit Control, Payment, Claims, Actuarial, Risk & Compliance, Finance as well as monitor accuracy and timeliness of data entry into system.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to underwriter and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory procedures such as: _
- Pre-renewal (provide renewal list, refresh admin process and responsibility)
- Submission (track status, update risk log, save files)
- Pricing (make inputs in pricing tool, fill quotation, track quoting deadlines)
- Binding (review contract wordings, check sanctions, sign and return contract, obtain Subscribe ID, complete RIF, DM all files to WNS, update endorsement)
- Post-bind (cross-check WNS policy form for underwriter’s sign-off, maintain digitally stored underwriting files)
- Provide business management support such as: _
- Monitor renewal status
- Monitor contract certainty
- Monitor credit control, statement of accounts, payment
- Monitor claims
- Monitor Subscribe and other reporting systems

**Skills and Experience**:

- Fresh graduate or up to 3 years of professional experience related in insurance
- Good command of problem solving and quantitative skills (including MS Excel and Powerpoint)
- Ability to liaise and work well with people from diverse background
- Commitment to high quality output and timelines
- Attention to detail
- Result-oriented
- Teamwork
