**Roles & Responsibilities**

We are looking for vibrant individuals to be a part of our team

As a Shopping Concierge, you shall be:

- Attending to live chats / call / video call & any shopping enquiries
- Providing customer with end-to-end shopping experience
- Keeping updated on ongoing promotion & airport updates
- Liaise & arrange for customer deliveries

**Requirements**:

- Possess at least a year of related experience within the retail, hospitality, or travel industry.
- Comfortable with wearing N95 mask, face shield
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

Work hours / location
- 8am-5.30pm (morning shift), 12.30pm-10pm (afternoon shift)
- Work 4 days, off 2 days
