- Discretion and loyalty - upholding private and confidentiality
**Core Responsibilities**:
Provide administration support in an Insurance Agency
- administrative support to the Agency Team in daliy activities, duties and any ad-hoc duties
- Support all learning and development activities -Employee on-boarding and off-boarding
- Handle phone enquiries and liaising with various insurance companies & clients on outstanding documentation requirements or clarification on all Insurance matters
- Sourcing for Insurance Quotes, processing of claims and renewals
- Tracking and follow up on outstanding tasks, claims, renewal, premium.
- Tracking and processing of commission to nominee agents
- Proper and timely update records of clients' policies in database
**Qualifications**:
- Proficiency in English
- Good Computer skills
- Certified in BCP/PGI/CGI or other insurance certs - added advantage
