**We are seeking a Landscape coordinator to join our team**:
**JOB DESCRIPTION**:LANDSCAPE COORDINATOR

**Workplace**:

- Various project sites
- HQ office at Chai Chee

**Working Days /Hours**:

- Monday - Friday: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm
- Saturday 8:30 am - 12:30 pm

**Scope of Work**:

- Handle cluster of existing term contracts in terms of:

- Maintenance operations and schedules
- Client complaints and requests concerning maintenance improvement and QHSE
- Inventory of site materials and tools
- Follow up items in Horticultural assessment and report
- Inventory of indoor plants
- Processing of permit to work, clearance etc.
- Updating of QHSE document copies at project sites
- Coordination

Others scope of work needed:

- Back up supervisor when required
- Attend to client’s requests concerning day-to-day operations
- Read work / planting plans, BQ and schedules.
- Survey sites for inventory and measurements.
- Other tasks

**Requirements**:
1. Diploma in landscape and horticulture (related)

2. 1- 3 years of work experience (related)
