Singapore LINKSURE NETWORK HOLDING PTE. LIMITED Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administration support to the legal team, with a focus on documentation, internal workflows, online filing and contract matters
- Administer, maintain and liaise with external parties (finance and etc) to fulfil affiliated entities compliance requirements, such as regulatory filing, registry maintenance and etc.
- Assist in drafting, editing and proofreading various contracts, resolutions, formal correspondence and legal documents.
- Assist in legal research.
- Administer and maintain databases of legal documents and agreements
- Liaise with other departments, overseas counterparts, and external parties where necessary.
- Other related tasks assigned from time to time

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma in Law or equivalent
- Ability to multi-task efficiently, whilst maintaining strong quality of work and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly ethical, discreet and able to maintain confidentiality
- Familiarization with the law and legal system of Singapore and Southeast Asia
- Excellent command in both English and Chinese (daily communications with mandarin speaking colleagues based in China headquarter)
- Excellent capabilities in communication and good sense in risk management

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $4,600.00 per month
