- Spearhead cyber and information security engineering and operations transformation, strategy design and implementation

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Partner with the Regional Chief Information Security Officer, in leading the Cyber & Information Security Function
- Lead and execute the bank's security transformation agenda; spearhead in designing and manage regional security transformation programmes
- Set-up and maintain essential technical documentation, processes, and procedures, alongside reportable metrics needed for security operations and engineering
- Establish and lead cybersecurity engineering, maintenance, and operational teams, including but not limited:

- Introduce, select vital security technologies needed to uphold the bank’s security standards, as well as meeting regulators standards in the region
- Develop and run cyber security engineering and operations (outside of SOC) for implementation and maintenance of Sec Tech
- Partner with need third party vendors on architecture designs, deployment of security solutions
- Configure and troubleshoot the bank's security systems for seamless functionality

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- 15+ years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity and project management.
- Strong experience in senior stakeholder management in a banking / insurance / financial services institution is a must.
- Proven experience in meeting regulatory requirements set by regional authorities (e.g., MAS, HKMA, BOJ, RBI, BNM, CFR-RBA, CBIRC).
- Professional certifications are a plus, including technology-agnostic (CISSP/CISM/SANS) and technology-specific credentials.
