- Reporting to: Senior Sales Coordinator and Sales Manager
- 【 What you will be doing 】- In charge of the full spectrum of Import/Export shipping documentation based on L/C negotiations, Invoicing, Packing list, Certificate of Origin, Customs/Insurance Certificates
- Processing of Customers/Suppliers orders
- Monitoring/Tracking of Orders & Shipments
- Review Customer Purchase Order to ensure orders are correctly entered in the SAP system including but not limited to Sales and Purchase Invoices, Delivery Orders and Debit/Credit Notes
- Prepare and manage shipping documents ensuring compliance with import and export regulations
- Coordinating and handling customer requirements and enquiries
- Correspond and arrange with suppliers, overseas offices, customers and forwarding agents to ensure smooth and timely cargo delivery
- Preparing Payment Instructions to Accounts and monitoring accounts receivable/payable for each Customer
- Order fulfilment tasks such as Receiving, Picking/Packing and Delivery of Orders/Samples
- Maintenance of inventory Stock accuracy through regular cycle counts
- Compilation and filing of shipping documents for Audit Compliance
- Other ad hoc tasks assigned by management

**Qualifications**:
**Requirement**:

- 【What they are looking for】- At least 2 years of import and export trading and documentation experience as a sales coordinator
- Knowledge of the Letter of Credit is required
- Familiar with SAP system or similar is a must
- Able to make electronic banking remittance payments to the supplier
- Able to process about 30 transactions monthly.
- Able to make remittance payments to suppliers;
- Able to start immediately or within 1 month's notice is preferable**English Level**:
