**Responsible in day-to-day Warehouse Operations. From receiving up to shipping**
- Works independently with minimum supervision.
- Initiative to trouble shoot any Warehouse, shipping, customer, quality internal & external issue,
- Receiving -ensure all Goods received done on the same day and close follow up for any issue and

troubleshoot.
- Monitor and drive the picking and packing productivity to looks for any bottle neck so that staff will be working in optimum level.
- Shipping - monitor shipment ship per shipped date and Troubleshoot any shipping issue or delay at forwarder and customs.
- To forecast and plan the productivity, resources to meet the dynamics of the shipment’s orders
- in charge of Training department and work closely with Asst Supervisor to trains staff on the process and to have multitask mindset so that able to support other departments whenever needed.
- Training Staff, grooming and mentor with Teamwork mindset
- Adhere to all safety policy and quality procedures
- Properly planning staff to fully utilized the headcount for day-to-day Warehouse Operations
- To conduct briefing and toolbox meeting
- Establish KPI report / daily productivity report Weekly report or Monthly report
- Provide logistic proficient collaborating and works with planning, tactical, demand, sales, and quality team for any update and requirement
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to see for opportunity on warehouse improvement and update staff for any SAP changes and update
- Supervise, mentor, counsel, and handle staff disciplinary issue

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge in Warehouse & logistic Operations with Offshore Operations business, writing skill with Effective communication and engagement at workplace Training
- Knowledge in Kaizen, 8D report, Lean and project Poka-yoke & Kanban
- Ability to demonstrate high sense of urgency and highly adaptable in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Minimum O level and above
- Excellence business writing in English and oral communication and interpersonal skill
- Knowledge on SAP system, Excel, Words Power point and Teams will be advantage
- Minimum 5-year or more warehouse experience
- Only local need to apply

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,700.00 - $3,400.00 per month
