As a Fund Administration Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of the fund allocated and strive to be a one-point contact with the investment manager of the funds and the investors of those funds. You will also manage the NAV preparation and review process for our fund administration clients: hedge funds, fund of funds, and private debt funds.

In your first few weeks in this Supervisor, Hedge Fund Administration role, you can expect to:

- Manage the NAV preparation and review process for our fund administration clients
- Set up and maintain the fund and investor data on the transfer agency system
- Process investor transactions (subscriptions, redemptions, transfers) in line with fund governing documents, statutory regulations and policies
- Deal with investor queries and liaise with fund managers for investor dealings.
- Review and process fund payments to investors, fund managers and third parties.
- At least 3 years of accounting or fund administration experience with alternative funds, particularly in private debts
- A good understanding of fund structures and the fund administration business
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with an attention to detail and a focus on producing accurate work.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with an aptitude for client service.
