**Roles & Responsibilities**
1.Role Description:
Trainee will oversees a team to ensure they are performing tasks effectively. He/she is also responsible for coaching, resolving issues and serving as a link between subordinates and upper management.
2.Specific Responsibilities:
1.Trainee will be able to work with the operation team on current production work flow and recommend improvement to ensure a positive and dynamic work environment. Trainee will develop better leadership qualities and people management skills.
2.Coordinate team members to execute project activities with assigned team members together.
3.Trainee to be able to analyse and process workflow, employee and space requirements and use any equipment layouts and researched ways to help implement changes and create a better work environment. 4.Participate and assist in jobs as part of Operations and Technical Department to gain hands-on experience. Trainee shall be experienced enough in health check.
5.Trainee would be able to provide customers with guidance and creative solutions to solve customers needs as they arise and be answerable to management. This will help Trainee quickly identify a certain problem or situation, find the best way to handle the problem and get the best solution. Trainee would also be able to meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company's relationship with them to update the management.

4. Endorsing pre-work checklists as required and assist managers in health check.
5. Dedication to providing exceptional customer service
4. Duration of Traineeships: 6 months
5. Approved Training Allowance: Fresh Graduates - $2500, Non-mature Mid-career Individuals - $2500, Mature Mid-Career Individuals - $2800
6. Education Qualifications Required for the Traineeship Role Under SGUnited Traineeship:
This position is open for both recent graduates and mid-career individuals (mature and non-mature). Graduates interested in this position should possess a Degree and above Qualification. Mid-career individuals from any qualification level can apply.
