We are looking for a proactive and skilled **Applications and Systems Programmer**to join our organization. This is a **standalone technical role**, ideal for someone who is comfortable working independently and directly engaging with clients to understand requirements, solve problems, and deliver reliable software and system-level solutions.

You will be responsible for the **entire lifecycle of software development and systems programming**, including design, coding, deployment, and maintenance. You will also act as the primary technical liaison between our company and our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work independently to manage and deliver technical solutions with mínimal supervision.
- Liaise directly with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and offer technical support.
- Develop scripts, tools, and utilities to automate and streamline operational processes.
- Ensure security, stability, and performance of developed systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
- Advise the company on technology strategy, infrastructure needs, and system improvements.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of programming experience (e.g., Python, Java, C++,.NET)
- Proficiency with databases and scripting (SQL, Bash, PowerShell)
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience with cloud platforms, APIs, and DevOps tools
- Background in consulting or client-facing roles

**Soft Skills**:

- Self-starter with strong problem-solving ability.
- Excellent interpersonal and client-facing communication skills.
- Adaptable, resourceful, and willing to take initiative.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines independently.
