The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for all duties as appropriately assigned by the Housekeeping Supervisor to maintain an efficient housekeeping operation and cleanliness levels in all areas of the hotel.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Ensures that guest rooms are well cleaned in accordance to the room cleaning/public area standards as outlined by the hotel.
- Finishes all jobs assigned according to the work schedule of the day
- Takes note of all VIP arrivals and departures and ensures that all proper and appropriate amenities are placed in room for all check-ins.
- Ensure that all room status are updated to the Housekeeping Coordinator for proper assignment of rooms
- Ensures that assigned floor pantry areas are well stocked, neat and do not breach fire safety regulations.
- Reports all incidents and missing items immediately to the necessary supervisor or Housekeeping Coordinators.
- Follows company philosophies, policies and procedures.
- Ensures hotel is in compliance with all government laws.

**Knowledge, experience, skills required**
- Minimum one year housekeeping experience in a high volume hotel environment.
- Ability to perform effectively under high pressure, self-motivated, high energy and enthusiastic.
- Basic knowledge of hotel operations, security and safety programs, associate relations, repairs, maintenance.
- Good physical resilience.
- Able to do shift work; work on weekends, eve/public holidays as and when assigned.
