**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Project Leads and Technical Lead to analyse, elicit and review business requirements
- Define functional and non-functional requirements and perform impact analysis assessment with the vendor
- Propose solution for business issues, process changes and functional requirements
- Structure and prioritise business requirements and communicating plans with stakeholders for review and approval
- Provide documentation of all processes and training as needed
- Build a strong relationship and manage expectations with users and stake holders
- Perform other duties as and when assigned

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience in similar capacity
- Critical thinker with strong problem-solving ability
- Strong team player yet able to work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Self-motivated to pick up skills required to support the project requirement
