**Key Responsibilities**:

- Take full ownership of fire alarm and fire protection projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Conduct detailed site surveys, plan routes, and design layouts for fire safety systems.
- Lead the installation of conduits, cables, devices, sprinkler systems, and other fire protection equipment.
- Manage and inspire site teams (workers, team leaders, and supervisors) to achieve project goals and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Coordinate with Quantity Surveyors to ensure BOQs are accurate and aligned with site measurements.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to resolve challenges and maintain smooth project execution.
- Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment to optimize project efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with SCDF regulations, local codes, and all relevant safety standards.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective measures where needed.
- Prepare detailed reports on project status, milestones, and resource utilization for stakeholders.
- Act as the SME, providing leadership and technical guidance on-site.

**Who We Are Looking For**:

- Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields).
- **3-5 years of hands-on experience **in managing fire alarms or fire protection projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of fire protection systems, codes, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage site teams effectively.
- Experience in system design, route planning, and material selection for fire protection systems.
- Proficiency in project management tools and reading technical drawings.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Willingness to work night shifts, weekends, and under tight deadlines.
- A passion for learning, improving, and excelling in engineering/construction.
- A valid Class 2B/Class 3 license (preferred).
