**Your role**:
As a senior software engineer in Adnovum, you will work with highly skilled and experienced engineers who have their work measured against the highest standards.

The projects you work on will not only solve the customers' problems but deliver the added value that defines all Adnovum's software solutions. The main task of a senior software engineer is to design and develop new solution features according the requirements along a defined roadmap in a timely manner.

**Responsibilities and Duties**

As a senior software engineer you will be:

- Part of project teams with typically 5 to 20 members in different locations
- Analyzing functional and technical solution requirements, participating in writing functional and technical solution specifications
- Designing and developing new solution features according to a defined roadmap in a timely manner, meeting our highest quality and performance standards

**Your experience and skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of strong hands-on.NET working experience
- Adept in the following:

- C#,.NET, WCF, WIF, ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework (EF)
- HTML5, CSS3, Angular2 and above, Bootstrap
- RDBMS and schema design (MSSQL, Oracle DB)
- Proficient with Web Services (SOAP, REST)
- Experience in agile software development (e.g. TDD, CI/CD and DevOps automation)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with experience in
- Multi-tier enterprise architecture and infrastructure environment
- Application communication protocols
- Authentication and authorization integration protocols
- Excellent English skills, both spoken and written
- Experience on writing technical documents and providing effort estimations
- Customer facing experience with effective listening and interaction skills
- Experience in mentoring junior project team members
- Proactive mindset that is creative and solution oriented
- Strong team player with effective communication skills

Strong **plus** to have any of the following qualification / experience:

- Project experience in the public sectors, finance or logistics
- Microsoft.NET certifications (such as MCPD, MCSD)
- Experience in implementing any of the following systems / integrations:

- Business process automation and management systems (BPMS)
- Cloud hosting and SaaS integrations (such as AWS, Azure)
- Windows server administration (Windows Server 2012 above)
- PowerShell scripting
