**What the role is**
- The Corporate Excellence Department, Organisation Development (OD) Branch supports NEA’s transformation through organisation development, change management and interventions. We do so by providing assessments and diagnostics, organisation development programmes, as well as consultancy and advisory services to internal stakeholders in organisation development. Through these and our partnerships with internal stakeholders, we aim to develop effective leaders, engaged employees, high performing teams, and a future-ready NEA.

**What you will be working on**
- You will work in partnership with departments and the OD team to plan and coordinate organisation development interventions, and will be responsible for the following:

- Plan and organise key leadership engagement events, such as leadership conversations, townhalls, and organisation development community sessions.
- Work with other organisation development managers to support development and embedment of NEA culture into HR and organisation systems, including communications, change management and leadership engagement.
- Implement data-driven approaches to diagnose the health of the organisation.
- Design and deliver effective interventions to support projects with cross-cutting impact.
- Conduct facilitation and stand-up training related to leadership and organisation development for various levels of internal stakeholders.
- Partner various internal departments to improve NEA’s employee experience.
- Provide advisory services to departments on OD matters including providing support in organisation diagnosis and design of interventions.

**What we are looking for**
- At least 2 to 5 years of working experience and a keen interest in Organisation Development.
- Past working experience in the areas of organisation development, change management training and facilitation, events management or internal communications will be an added advantage.
- Possess strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication skills with strong ability to understand, connect quickly with & influence people across cross-functional teams.
- Organised and meticulous with a keen eye for details.
- Creative and resourceful.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time.
- As part of the shortlisting process for this role, you may be required to complete a medical declaration and/or undergo further assessment.
