As a Quant Developer, you'll be responsible for building, enhancing, and supporting key components across various areas, including electronic and algorithmic trading, backtesting, and data management systems. Collaborating closely with traders and quants, you'll assist in rolling out and running strategies. Additionally, you'll contribute to the development of new quantitative trading framework software, employing clean architecture principles and cutting-edge tools.

**Requirements**:

- 2-10 years of professional experience
- Strong Python skills is a must; bonus points for knowledge in C++ or C#
- Upholds high standards for code quality and follows good development practices
- Experience with mature CI/CD processes and DevOps
- Excellent English communication abilities
