**Responsibilities**:

- **
Make budgetary Production Plan in line with Accounting Team schedule including pricing of raw material, additives, catalyst and packing material for production and production logistics**:

- **
Prepare Material and Utilities Yield for Budget Planning and Estimates for each operating year**
- Gather feedback via communication platforms from all stakeholders of Production Plan to enable effective and efficient planning
- **
Schedule, plan and communicate 4M and/or MOC changes for production plan**:

- **
Source and make recommendation to Purchasing for materials used for Production, Logistic and Warehouse Operation**
- Evaluate, audit and managed these materials and their respective suppliers in accordance to the HSEQ system
- Support Plant warehouse and inventory control management and liaise with Sales Logistics for product movement control
- Plant Pending PVA Inventory rework scheduling, follow up and reporting
- **
Participate in meeting to evaluate, plan and manage wide specification product inventory**:

- **
Support Production and Production Logistic daily operation requirement and annual stock check with Accounting**
- Plan and support safety equipment purchase
- Any work duties as assigned by the Supervisor

**Requirements**:

- NITEC/Advance Nitec/diploma/degree in any discipline or related to Chemical Process or Supply Chain Management will be an added advantage
- **
Min 2 years of industrial experience in production planning**
- Independent and able to work effectively with individuals at all level of organization
- **
Familiar with SAP Plant Maintenance Module is an advantage**
