**Job Title: Emergency Medical Technician (EMT)**

**Job Overview**:
Aklaz Eduhealth & Services Pte Ltd is seeking dedicated and skilled Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) to join our dynamic healthcare team. As an EMT, you will be responsible for providing immediate medical care and transportation to individuals in emergency situations. Your quick response, critical thinking, and compassionate approach will play a crucial role in saving lives and ensuring the well-being of patients.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Respond promptly to emergency calls and provide pre-hospital care to patients.
2. Assess and stabilize patients at the scene, administering necessary medical interventions.
3. Safely transport patients to medical facilities, maintaining constant communication with dispatch.
4. Monitor and record vital signs, medical history, and treatment administered.
5. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
6. Operate and maintain emergency medical equipment and vehicles.
7. Provide reassurance and support to patients and their families during emergencies.
8. Adhere to established protocols, guidelines, and ethical standards in emergency medical care.
9. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry best practices.
10. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all interventions and patient interactions.

**Requirements**:
1. Valid certification as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT).
2. Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
3. Strong knowledge of emergency medical procedures and protocols.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work well under pressure and in challenging situations.
6. Physical fitness and stamina to handle the demands of the job.
7. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
8. Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
