We are seeking a hands-on Plasma/Thinfilm Lead who is a self-driven leader and strong team player with keen technical ability, systematic approach, detailed-oriented, excellent problem-solving skills and positive attitude.

**Responsibilities**:

- Self-driven leader with keen technical ability, systematic approach, detailed-oriented, excellent problem solving skills and positive can-do attitude
- Strong knowledge in overall wafer fabrication processes especially hands-on experience in Plasma/Thin film processes
- Manage and perform daily operations within Plasma/Thin film module and its auxiliary processes
- Actively lead and drive the process development and improvements in Plasma/Thin film module, inclusive of process characterization, qualification and prototyping runs in MTDC fab
- Establish good process margins and inline controls of these new and/or existing processes
- Carry out yield analysis and lead troubleshooting of defect/yield issues; investigate process excursions associated with the owned process/tools
- Setup and commission of new Plasma/Thin film equipment within the module
- Manage all regular preventive maintenance schedule of Plasma/Thin film tools
- Perform routine reporting of Plasma/Thin film process & Equipment status
- Manage team to complete projects according to project plan; review and update project status with regular reporting to Fab Manager
- Provide coaching and guidance to junior or new members in the module
- Create and maintain process documents for the standard of ISO 9001:2015

**Job Requirements**
- PhD in Microelectronics, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Material Engineering, Mechanical Physics with 2-3 years of post-doctoral experiences OR Master Degree Microelectronics, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Material Engineering, Mechanical Physics with 7-8 years of post-Masters or relevant industrial experiences
- Hands-on experience with working knowledge and understanding in Plasma/Thinfilm processes and equipment
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently as well as a good teamplayer
- Highly organized with the ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
- Creative and resourceful in problem solving with good project management skill
- Knowledge and familiar use of statistical tools such as DOE, FMEA, MSA, GR & R, sampling plans, box plot
