**Responsibilities**

The Finance Associate will report directly to the Head of Finance. The Finance team is responsible for the financial operations of the company and reports directly to the General Manager of the dormitory.

Key responsibilities include:

- Preparing financial and management reports in line with agreed templates
- Managing all aspects of day-to-day financial operations including but not limited to accounting, accounts receivable/payable, payroll and bank reconciliations
- Enforcing finance policies, processes, SOPs and controls
- Supporting on tax and compliance requirements including but not limited to audits, corporate tax preparation, withholding tax preparation, GST returns preparation
- Supporting the Head of Finance on cash, capital and liquidity management and financial risk management.
- Supporting the Head of Finance on strategic resource allocation, cost control, cost analysis and asset investment decisions
- Managing corporate secretarial related matters and completion of Government surveys
- Supporting the Head of Finance on other finance related matters

**Requirements**:
This position requires at least two years of relevant working experience. Other key requirements include:

- A minimum of a Diploma in Accounting or Finance or a relevant field, or ACCA.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to translate findings into understandable and actionable recommendations.
- An entrepreneurial and self-driven personality
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Initiative and good decision-making skills
- Strategic and analytical thinking skills
- Good IT skills, including but not limited to a working knowledge of Google Suites and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- A concise CV detailing your experiences and qualification
