**Job Title: Sales Support Associate (Based in Singapore)**

**Description of Key Job Duties**:
1. Represent regional team to coordinate with sales, operation, IT and other departments in implementation of new or changes in system (CRM, ERP and etc).

2. Build automated and customization forms, reports, dashboard to support sales, sales management and sales operation team.

3. Lead integration of reports across different teams for consistency and efficiency improvement.

4. Work with sales to consolidate forecast, summarize and data management.

5. Performs other duties as required.

**Requirements & Expectations**

1. Minimum Degree from reputable institution in Singapore, majoring in Business Administration.

2. Passionate in renewable energy; Previous internship’s experience in renewable energy’s industry is a plus.

3. Bilingual in English and Mandarin. Good master of Mandarin is advantageous in order to liaise with Chinese counterparties.

4. Strong IT literacy, familiar with Microsoft office software.

5. Facing customer be proficient in communication with APAC customers.

6. Have a strong sense of cooperation, sense of responsibility, and the ability to think and solve problems independently.

7. The most important thing is to have enough patience and a positive working attitude.
