We are looking for a Admin Clerk to handle all the administrative tasks and paper works. Prefer to have similar working experiences. Must be well verse in English and Chinese, both spoken and written.

Administrative duties
- Manage the office and ensure that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Assist in preparing and organizing company documents and contracts
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities assigned.
