**The Challenges**:

- Deliver interactive Chinese language and spelling lessons for children
- Supervise and support primary school students (P1 to P6) with their daily homework
- Maintain regular communication with parents and guardians regarding children’s progress and behaviour
- Ensure safe and timely transfer of students from school to centre, including pick-ups from nearby schools
- Handle administrative tasks and support centre upkeep
- Assist with any ad-hoc duties assigned by the Centre Head

**What it Takes**:

- Minimally a Diploma qualification
- 1 to 2 years of experience in education, student care, or classroom setting, preferably with primary level students
- Excellent work ethics and integrity
