Singapore IRD GLOBAL LIMITED Full time

**Purpose of Job**:
The Research Associate will support research and program evaluation activities focusing on cost effectiveness analysis. He/She will work closely with members of the IRD network in multiple countries.

**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities**:

- Review literature, collect and analyze quantitative data for public health programs, including cost-effectiveness analysis.
- Write program reports and write for publication of research findings in peer-review journals.
- Liaison and communication with project collaborators.
- Maintain research-related documentation.
- Assist with logistics and administrative tasks related to research and evaluation activities.
- Any other task assigned by the line manager.

**Principal Challenges**:

- Available for support at different time zones for different entities of IRD located in Pakistan,
- Bangladesh, South Africa, Philippines and future expansion.
- Understanding knowledge of cost-effectiveness analysis and budgets.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor’s degree preferably Master’s degree (Research Associate) in economics, epidemiology, statistics, public health, or other health sciences.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience (public health work experience in low
- and middle-income.
- countries is highly desirable).
- Knowledge of economic evaluation, especially cost-effectiveness analysis.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Ability to use a scripting tool for data analysis is desirable (e.g., R, Python, etc).
- Willing to learn, proactive in completing tasks, and detail-oriented.
- Good organizational and administrative skills.
- Good listener and maintains accountability for their actions.
