**What the role is**
- You will plan, develop and market industrial facilities to support the domestic automotive industry in their transition into Electric Vehicles adoption. You will manage customer leases and provide support to our customers' operations within these facilities and in their growth paths. This includes fostering partnerships with our customers and building win-win relationships and conducting research to understand industry needs. You will also be involved in a wide range of activities including: formulating marketing strategies, product conceptualisation, product launches & promotions, budgeting and reviewing policies. Your work encompasses overseeing and handling issues related to estate and property maintenance.
**What you will be working on**
- You will carry out the full spectrum of operational work as follows:
- Tenancy/lease management of automotive estates [e,g, Sin Ming, Alexandra/Leng Kee, Ubi] tenants/leases as well as lease management of landbased single-owner factories
- Arrears management of non-performing tenants as well as facilitating growth enterprises
- Facilitate the relocation of automotive tenants to existing facilities of JTC and ensure a smooth takeover by tenants
- Work with agencies i.e. SCDF, BCA and PUB to regularise issues such as unauthorised subletting, illegal structures across lessees.
- Marketing of JTC new developments e,g. Defu Industrial City, Kranji Green, Jurong Innovation District to automotive MNCs and SMEs
- Identify sectoral infrastructure needs of SMEs players within the domestic automotive sector [e.g. automotive repair workshops, stockists of automotive parts, domestic automotive distributors] to support their growth.
You will also be involved in policy development work as follows:
- Provide inputs to support the design of appropriate land and space policies administered by JTC; and
- Communicate and explain JTC policies to WOG partners, industry associations and Singapore companies to facilitate their buy-in.
**What we are looking for**
- Background in Real Estate, Geography, Business, Economics, Engineering or Technology related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience with keen interest in the Real Estate industry and engaging our SMEs/micro-SMEs
- Strong interpersonal, communication & writing skills, as well as strategic thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Positive attitude and resilient
- Resourceful, problem solver and able to multi-task
