**Job Description**:

- Lead in the functional and technical delivery of key business initiatives according to company strategic goal
- Define software standards, patterns, methodologies and practices including software quality, execution of agile software delivery
- Create thorough functional specs, project release plans, and roadmaps, system architecture and database design
- Prepare project feasibility studies, cost-benefit analysis and proposals
- Establish project plans, resources, budgets and timeframes, and assign tasks
- Work closely with multiple teams and vendors to achieve the outcomes required
- Manage user acceptance, non-functional and Industrial-wide testing
- Identify, track and communicate project progress, milestones, deliverables changes and dependencies within the schedule, costs, issues and risks
- Ensure work deliverables are in compliance with policies and regulatory requirements
- Continuously monitor and analyse user feedback and data analysis results after the product “go-live”, and formulate roadmap improvement plans
- Be the official contact point for all correspondence with external parties and regulators on Technology matters
- Review and assess emerging, key, high risk or material compliance issues and determine the appropriate solution/action to implement
- Lead the Technology function and provide oversight, enforcement and review the effectiveness of regulatory compliance procedures across the relevant cross functions
- Advise and liaise with respective stakeholders with regards to technological issues
- Advice and review the technology team on compliance with MAS TRM guidelines
- Review and Approve project listings for security token exchange and cryptocurrency exchange in accordance with relevant rules and regulations

Job Requirements:

- Degree or Professional certificate holder in Technology, telecommunication or related disciplines
- Minimum 10 years in technology at executive level leadership experience, preferably with a financial institution
- Have good working knowledge of regulation requirements on relevant MAS notices and guidelines on Technology
- Experience in liaison with the regulators preferred
- Experience in different areas of technology preferred to set up procedure and framework
- Experience working in digital assets class is a plus
