**Social Worker
You will be offering casework and counselling services to vulnerable families served by family service centers. To offer groupwork and/or community work to vulnerable families served by the family service centers.

**Highlights**:

**Challenges**:

- Casework and Counselling.
- To identify and assess risks inherent in cases by integrating a range of information.
- To use professional tools and working templates to guide staff in case assessment and case planning.
- To represent the center in its advocacy efforts for vulnerable families, with the aim of advocating for these families to have access to equal opportunities through collaborative practice with community partners.
- Groupwork and/or Community Work.
- To participate in client/community assessments, group/community work processes and specialized intervention strategies.
- Operational Managerial Skills (Operational Processes, Policies and Protocols)
- To support the Assistant Senior / Senior / Lead Professionals in the implementation of center’s operational and practice protocols, processes, and policies.
- Undertake any other duties assigned by the Head of Centre.

**What It Takes**:

- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or Post Graduate Diploma in Social Work from an accredited institution / Degree in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work from an accredited institution.
- Fresh graduates welcomed.
- On-the-job training provided.
- Inclination towards research and planning (advantage).
- Office environment but required to travel around for home visits etc.
- Might work beyond office hours during operational needs (6pm - 9pm).
