Deployment, troubleshooting, maintenance, upgrade, and support of IT infrastructures, including WAN, LAN, Firewall, servers.

Administration of Active Directory, DNS, GPO, Microsoft 365,

Maintain system documentation and assisting in ad-hoc duties/projects

Interface with vendors for procurement and maintenance of IT Infrastructures

Assist in testing of new tools and technologies to ensure seamless deployment to end-users

Identify potential risks and issues that may affect systems

**Requirements**:
Diploma or Degree in Computer Science/IT with a minimum 7 years of experience.

Experience in system design, implementation and managing Microsoft Windows Technologies: Windows Servers 2012R2 and above, Active Directory,

Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)

Working experience with backup and recovery system using Veeam

Working Knowledge in Network Monitoring Systems

Working Knowledge in Remote Desktop Services

Good Knowledge in network technologies (Switching, routing, firewall)

Good knowledge in defending against Cyber Attacks and malicious hacking activities

Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
