- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Implement security best practices to safeguard user data.
- Drive continuous improvement in development processes and tools.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Expertise in Kotlin and Java for Android development.
- In-depth knowledge of Android architecture components and MVVM/MVP patterns.
- Familiarity with tools like Firebase, Dagger, and Retrofit.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
