**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:

- Assist with all Tier 0/1 and executive events around the globe.
- Operate and maintain streaming equipment.
- Book captioning and downlink facilities and remotely access and operate relevant equipment.
- Ensure technical success for all Live broadcasts.
- Be comfortable with Videon, WOWZA and AWS cloud streaming products and be able to assist with SRT, RIST, and ZIXI.
- Setup, integrate, and operate Live streaming equipment in video production environments.
- Interface and coordinate with technical producers and event managers.
- Mark up venue drawings with tech requirements (i.e. Power, Cabling, Projectors, Screens, etc.).
- Assist in the execution of action items for various internal projects.
- Provide consultation to internal customers for upcoming Lives.
- Assist internal customers in vendor selection, sourcing and management.
- Act as surrogate when team members are unable to attend meetings due to travel or other engagements.
- Remotely support onsite (and other) production teams to produce public Live streams.
- Develop and contribute to SOP (standard operating procedure) material and documentation around all aspects of streaming.
- Responsible for producing metrics to support the service.
- Implement and troubleshoot all aspects of signal flow in venue spaces.

**WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED**:

- 3+ Years' Experience in Live Streaming
- 3+ Years Experience in an Event Production Role
- Familiarity with Videon, Wowza & AWS Cloud
- Travel when required
