Our client is a European FMCG MNC and they are seeking for a Finance Transformation Manager to support the finance department in their digital transformation journey.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Leading the implementation and enhancement of BI tools
- Building a data warehouse, in collaboration with IT teams. Defining local Master Data governance and ensuring data quality across finance tools
- Participate in implementation of rolling forecast processes
- Coordinate the finance transformation roadmap by setting a project management treatment by participating in steering and project committees
- Participate in financial reporting processes and monitoring of the performance
- Providing support to the business analysis team in relation to Group reporting procedures

**Requirements**:

- Degree holder with formal business qualifications or equivalent
- 8-10 years of relevant working experience
- Strong knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and local tax regulations
- Knowledge of Business Analysis techniques and methods
- Familiarity with JD Edwards will be an advantage
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and presentation skills
- Proactive and engaging
