**Requisites for Accounts and Finance Manager**
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or any professional certification in Accountancy
such as ACCA, ICEAW, C.A (Singapore), CPA (Australia) etc.
- 5 years of relevant working experience in commercial accounting and finance with a
minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role
- Ability to maintain a complete set of accounting
- Relevant understanding about finance and payment processes
- Adequate understanding and experience in the GST regulations of Singapore,
including the filing and submission of quarterly GST
- Ability to manage the Finance and Accounting Department as a whole
- Ability to create SOPs whenever necessary
- Knowledge of corporate income tax structure
- Maintain a full set of accounts
- Prepare and submit financial reports to directors monthly
- Reconcile accounts and provide analysis for the organisation’s financial transactions
- Filing and submission of quarterly GST
- Create and adopt SOPs for the Finance and Accounting Department whenever
necessary
- Provide budget planning to the directors yearly and as and when required
- Manage all banking matters, including internet banking
- Familiarity with MYOB Premier Accounting System
- Provide assistance to staff who covers sales invoicing and accounts receivables
- Manage government surveys
- Manage audit and corporate tax matters
