**KEY WORKING PARAMETERS**

**Scope, & Impact**:

- Provide technical franchise leadership and execution support to the Organizational Unit (OU) Franchise Units and bottling partners across all TI&SC functional areas.
- Act as the execution arm for TI&SC strategies at the Franchise Operation and individual market levels.
- Lead, drive and orchestrate the execution of TI&SC strategy, priorities and initiatives at the country and Franchise Operation levels.
- Technical franchise leadership to support specific and challenging goal settings for each bottling plant while supporting an efficient execution. Key areas at the assigned territory (including performance and execution cups) such as Quality, Safety & Environment (QSE) scores, continuity of supply, processes efficiency and performance, timely investments to expand capacity among others.
- Lead, drive and orchestrate as necessary the execution of innovation and productivity initiatives at the country and Franchise Operation levels.
- Lead and drive the development and execution of the specific innovation plans working directly with the bottling partners, Concentrate Product Supply, suppliers, other Franchise Operation functions.
- Leadership and operational support for the Coca-Cola System at the assigned territory level to build capabilities and capacities of product/package, supply chain and production infrastructure, processes, people, and cost optimization solutions in order to drive growth in the specific territory.
- Lead, orchestrate and contribute to developing Supply Chain (SC) contingency plans and Business Contingency Plans at the country or market level, coordinate demand and supply at the Franchise Operation or market level in alignment with the OU Supply Chain team and the bottling partners.
- Support actions of bottling plants to optimize manufacturing cost and yields to support profitability requirements in the assigned territory.
- Lead the identification and execution of productivity initiatives at the assigned territory levels.
- Act as technical contact point for the bottling partners in the assigned territory in relation to troubleshooting, cross-functional corrective action plans and incident management immediate actions.
- Responsible to stir the Coca-Cola system towards creating and executing sustainable manufacturing and logistic operational plans to deliver competitive growth.
- Act as a catalyst for system networking with internal and external partners, identify and communicate insights, trends, risks relevant for the overall business and TI&SC.
- Develop/Coach and Challenge the Next Generation of Leaders:

- Promote a strong two-way feedback culture; one built on trust, transparency, and accountability.
- Foster resilience, giving the team tools and techniques to deal with obstacles.
- Develop a pipeline of talent to not only backfill yourself, but other cross-functional leadership positions,
- Drive a well-rounded Market and commercial acumen & knowledge agenda to ensure tangible impact and connection with the local market and bottlers,
- Flatten the structure; promote all levels of the team to communicate, contribute and lead, regardless of title or position,

**KEY SUCCESS PARAMETERS**

**Work Focus**
- The role is focused on specific Franchise Operation, single or multiple countries based on business indicators such as volume, revenue, and operating income in addition to geographical and supply chain complexity and the maturity levels of the bottling partners considered.
- Ensure the innovation pipeline execution at the Franchise Operation level according to the business plan.
- Lead the execution of TI&SC strategy, priorities and initiatives at the country and Franchise Operation levels.
- Launch products, packages and technologies on time, at the right quality and viable value chain whilst ensuring compliance to fit-for
- purpose governance models and processes based on “smart” risk management, focusing on food safety and legal compliance, as well as The Coca-Cola Company Governance Models.
- Ensure continuous improvement at the operational level (plant, country, bottling partner) by driving as necessary, Quality Safety Environment corrective action plan implementation, sustainability goals, new technologies adoption, SC optimization plans.
- Drive operational efficiency improvement through sharing and enabling execution of successful practices and benchmarking.
- Goals and objectives for the role are mainly focused on the annual business plan delivery for the assigned territory or Franchise Operation.

**Communication Focus**
- Lead the relevant technical communication routines with the bottling plants within the assigned Franchise Cluster, key suppliers, and other Coca-Cola technical teams in the Franchise Operation and across the assigned Region.
- Communicate with all other OU functions regarding technical, innovation or SC projects relevant at the OU, country or Franchise Operation level.
