**Your Mission**:
As a key member of our kitchen brigade, you’ll:

- Execute daily *mise-en-place* preparations and food production with precision.
- Uphold recipe standards, cooking methods, and presentation to ensure consistency.
- Maintain impeccable hygiene, sanitation, and safety protocols (SFA-compliant).
- Manage stock control, ordering, and inventory with attention to detail.
- Handle opening/closing duties and contribute to a seamless kitchen workflow.
- Collaborate with the team to innovate and elevate our menu offerings.

**We Want You If You Have**:

- A genuine passion for culinary arts, especially baking and pizza craftsmanship.
- A curious mindset and hunger to learn new techniques—both in and beyond the kitchen.
- At least 3 years of kitchen experience (preferred); relevant certifications (O Level/Diploma/Nitec) are a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English and a team-first attitude.
- Flexibility to work weekends/public holidays in a dynamic environment.
- Proactiveness in giving/receiving feedback to drive collective growth.
