**Position Overview**:
As a **QA Officer i**n our central kitchen, you will play a key role in upholding food safety, hygiene, and quality standards throughout the production process. You will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet regulatory requirements and company standards through diligent inspection, monitoring, and documentation. Your attention to detail and proactive communication with the operations team will directly contribute to the consistency and safety of our food products.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and ensure food safety and hygiene practices in accordance with HACCP and ISO standards.
- Conduct routine inspections and audits of raw materials, production processes, and finished products.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of quality checks, temperature logs, and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to address quality issues and implement improvements.
- Assist in staff training on food safety protocols and hygiene standards.
- Prepare QA reports and liaise with regulatory authorities when necessary.

**Requirements**:

- ** Applicable to Singaporeans only due to quota limitations
- Minimum 1 year of QA experience in food production or central kitchen.
- Able to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive in identifying quality issues.
- Familiarity with HACCP, GMP, or ISO 22000 is an advantage.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English preferred, as it facilitates communication with both local staff and Chinese clientele.
- Must be able to join within short notice
