Senior Staff Engineer Industrial Engineering - developing and implementing solutions in related to productivity improvement in backend manufacturing environment

In your new role you will:

- **Developing and implementing solutions **in related to **productivity improvement **in backend manufacturing environment
- **Layout planning, time study **and collaborate closely with industrial engineering team and production team at backend sites
- **Support data analytic report automation **and **derive conclusions **in collaboration with various stakeholders.**:

- **Application of Data Analytic, Simulation and/or AI (ML/DL) method in productivity improvements project**

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- Min **Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering/ Manufacturing Engineering/ Computer Science**:

- **Min 5 years of experience in **productivity improvements in backend manufacturing environment**:

- **Experience with **simulation software **such as **Anylogic ,FlexSim, etc.**:

- **Knowledge of **programming languages **like **SQL, Python, R, and Scala (C,C++, Java)**:

- **Experience with **business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau)**:

- **Good analytical and problem-solving skills**:

- **Research-oriented mindset **with good understanding of **data structured algorithms.**:

- **Passionate to learn independently and value-add as a team player.**:

- **Good communication and interpersonal skills.**
