**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the development and design of system solutions and testing the performance and usability of the IT system.
- In charge of liaising with various stakeholders to identify the client’s business needs and conduct an analysis of the business requirement and the feasibility of the possible solutions.
- Develop various business solutions to streamline and propose process improvements to clients
- Translate the business requirement and user needs into the functional specification and document it in the system proposal
- Collaborate with the internal technical team to ensure the requirement is within the system design proposal the is aligned with the technical specification.
- Create a User Acceptance Test plan and work with the technical team in ensure the system complies with the system design before the delivery.
- Facilitate change management plan between client and internal team
- In charge of technical documentation in preparation for the training material for the operation team and user training
- Work with users, technical staff, and management to determine and resolve issues associated with project implementation.**Work Experience Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 year(s) relevant working experience
- Diploma/Degree in Computer/Information Technology or equivalent
