**What You'll Do**
- Provide thought leadership in identifying key innovation and technology trends in the energy sector globally
- Collaborating with the product strategy and innovation to align product initiatives with overall business goals
- Create and manage new market offerings, evaluate new technologies and startups to drive profitable business growth, and meet business targets in line with product strategy across SP Group
- Identify and drive the value proposition of new products and how they will bring commercial value that contributes to SP Group
- Accelerate technology transfer by evaluating relevant technologies and potential partners, which solves challenges for SP Group and our clients
- Support and partner with internal and external stakeholders on strategic projects related to key business challenges and provide domain expertise and strategic intelligence around market developments
- Overseeing the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and successful execution
- Identifying and prioritizing innovative product opportunities within the group's product portfolio
- Conducting market research and competitive analysis to assess market trends and customer needs
- Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies
- Monitoring the performance and success of innovative products post-launch, making data-driven decisions for optimization
- Acting as a product evangelist, advocating for innovative products within the organization Building a culture of innovation within the organization and fostering creativity and collaboration

**What You'll Need**
- Degree in Engineering, Business
- ~7 years of experience
- Experienced in successfully conceiving, launching, adapting, and expanding technology products tailored to meet customer needs, with a proven track record of achievement
- Proficient in the energy market, including Renewal Energy, Grid Modernization, Smart Grid, Smart Cities, E-mobility, Energy as a Service, Energy Efficiency etc
- Passionate & dynamic self-starter and a go-getter
- Strong commercial acumen
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Project management experience
- Proven experience in product development or business development
- Great problem-solving skills with an excellent analytical mindset.
- Ability to develop solid roadmaps and strategic plans as well as to provide execution details through product specifications
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate & communicate with cross teams within the organization
