Sales Clerk

Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for take order and input into Navision system
- Processing Purchase Requisition and issue of Purchase Order
- Follow up and chase overdue payments from customers
- Issuance of GRN for drivers to collect back goods if any
- Providing ad-hoc general administrative support when assigned by manager

Job Requirements:

- With relevant working experience as a Sales Admin in logistics company will be an added advantage
- Good knowledge in Navision software will be an advantage otherwise training will be provided
- Able to work in a team
- Good interpersonal and communication skills as building rapport with customers
- Working location: Mandai Link
- Working hours: 5 working days per week, Mon - Fri, 8AM - 5:30PM
