- Familiarity with agile methodologies, project management principles and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
- Knowledge of business process modelling and workflow tools.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Business analysis certifications are a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with mínimal supervision.
- Strong sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- A team player who can effectively collaborate with others.
- Strong time-management skills to meet project deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration and reporting.
- Knowledge in ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core (Razor, Web API) frameworks, SQL Server, Java Script and React would be advantageous.
- Familiarity with ITIL v4 framework would be advantageous.
